We spend considerable time educating ourselves and engaging in training in the areas of law on which we focus. In particular, we focus on DUI defense, which requires an excellent understanding of both traffic and criminal law. Recently, all four members of our office attended the NACDL's internationally-attended DUI seminar. Only 24 attorneys from the State of Illinois attended along with hundreds of attorneys from around the country. Attorney Steven H. Fagan was recently invited to join the nations most prestigious organization dedicated to further education in DUI defense, the National College for DUI Defense.
However, if you are in need of representation outside our normal focus, please contact us, and we'll refer you to one of the fine attorneys with whom we maintain professional relationships that focus on other areas of the law.
We put our collective experience and expertise to use serving our clients' legal needs, including Jury trials and argument before Appellate Courts. We put this know-how to work for our clients every day, ensuring a high level of dedicated, responsive service.
We are licensed to practice law in Illinois, and are available for representation in all of Cook, Lake and DuPage counties. In addition, Joseph M. Fagan is licensed to practice law in Florida, and licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Michael R. Epton is also licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
